About Duantes

Built by people still doing the work

Duantes Training & Consultancy LLC trains engineers and technicians for ASNT NDT Level III, QA/QC documentation and coating/welding inspection — and inspects for clients in between cohorts, so the examples in class are last month's problems, not a decade-old textbook case.

Our approach

Inspection is a discipline, not a certificate.

We run small cohorts under instructors who still sign live reports, so every candidate leaves able to defend a call in front of a client, a contractor and a regulator — cohorts capped at 14, so everyone handles the equipment personally.

Why candidates come

Instructors still on live assignments, so the examples in class are last month's problems rather than a decade-old textbook case.

Why clients come back

The same team that trains your staff also inspects your work, which means one standard applied consistently on both sides.

What we will not do

Guarantee a pass, or promise a job. We publish our pass rate and placement figures, and would rather turn a candidate away than sell the wrong course.

Consultancy

We inspect for clients, then teach from it

Independent inspection and QA consultancy alongside the training programmes — the same standards, applied on real projects.

NDT subcontract management

Selecting, auditing and supervising NDT subcontractors so technique sheets, certification and coverage match what the contract asked for.

QA systems & ITP design

Building the inspection and test plans, checklists and traceability structure for a project, then training the site team who run them daily.

In-house cohort training

Programmes rewritten around your specification, equipment and recurring non-conformances, delivered at your site over shutdown windows.

The route

Five stages from enquiry to site

01

Assess

A thirty-minute call to place you honestly: what you've worked on, what the certificate actually requires, and whether the gap is months or years.

02

Enrol

Cohort dates, payment plan and pre-reading issued in one document. Codes and standards you'll need are provided; you don't buy them separately.

03

Train

Classroom mornings, practical afternoons. Every candidate handles equipment, writes real reports, and gets them marked back with a red pen.

04

Certify

Mock examinations under time, then registration and scheduling with the awarding body. Re-sit coaching is included if the first attempt falls short.

05

Place

CV rewritten to the language contractors screen for, interview rehearsal, and direct introduction to the inspection clients we already work with.

Let's talk

Training or consultancy — tell us which

One team runs both, so whichever you need, you're talking to the people who actually do the work.
